How do I reset my progress?
Currently, progress cannot be reset through the app. If you need to reset your learning progress for a specific reason, please contact our support team and we'll assist you.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Make sure notifications are enabled for the AI Fluency Camp app in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > AI Fluency Camp > Notifications. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > AI Fluency Camp > Notifications.
How does the streak system work?
Your streak increases each day you complete at least one lesson or daily challenge. If you miss a day, your streak resets to 0. Longer streaks earn you bonus XP multipliers!
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! The mobile app caches recently viewed lessons for offline access. Your progress will sync when you're back online.
How do I earn achievements?
Achievements are earned by completing various milestones such as finishing courses, maintaining streaks, reaching XP thresholds, and more. Visit the Achievements page to see all available badges and your progress toward each.
Is my learning data private?
Yes, your learning data is private and secure. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your data.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please email support@aifluencycamp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your username. We will process your request within 30 days.
What devices are supported?
AI Fluency Camp is available on iOS (14.0+) and Android (7.0+) devices. You can also access the web version from any modern browser.
